The Aquarius company is currently looking to recruit for the following positions:
| Design Engineer | |
| Job Description: | •Perform assessments of the current state and technical designs for commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects from initiation to completion (Conceptual Design, Construction Design, As-Built Design).
•Utilize industry-standard design tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to create high-quality designs. •Calculate excess/unused solar electricity based on EVN customer electricity bills, load profiles, on-site measures (when available), and PVsyst simulation results to determine system sizing. •Ensure compliance with international and local codes, standards, and regulations, including electrical, structural, and building codes (IEC, NEC, TCVN, PCCC, etc.). •Prepare and review technical proposals, BOM, BOQ, and relevant technical documents to advise the management team from a technical perspective. •Develop technical guidelines, electrical calculations, technical reports, and related procedures for solar energy projects to support the company in controlling installation quality. •Provide technical input for Operation and Maintenance activities (O&M guidelines, solar monitoring setup, etc.). •Conduct on-site supervision and acceptance testing to ensure projects are installed as per design specifications. •Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually enhance project execution. •Other tasks as needed related to the technical scope. |
| Job Requirements: | Formal Qualifications:
•A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge: •At least 2 years of experience in the design and engineering of rooftop/commercial and industrial solar power projects. Experience in acceptance testing and construction supervision is a plus. •Strong technical knowledge of electrical and structural engineering principles, including AC and DC systems, grounding,and lightningprotection.Knowledge/experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is considered an advantage. •Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, SolarGIS, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. •Knowledge of international and local codes, standards, and regulations, including electrical, structural, and building codes (IEC, NEC, TCVN, PCCC, etc.). |
